As a Cash Application & Collections Specialist youâll be responsible for Cash applications for different entities based in the US.

What youâll do

  • Importing the receipts received in the bank statement/lockbox and books the remittances against the   invoices of the customers.

  • Reconciliation of the cash intermediate accounts.

  • Confirm and negotiate with customers to collect payments.

  • Contact customers to discuss their overdue payments and develop repayment plans.

  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.

  • Report on collection progress and results.

  • Handle internal/external queries

  • Automate the e2e cash application process
