Job Description

• Install and customize WordPress themes to meet client or project requirements.
• Create and update content (text, images, videos) within WordPress, ensuring that SEO best practices are followed.
• Install, activate, and update WordPress plugins, understanding their impact on site performance and security.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of WordPress issues, including site backups and recovery.
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate additional web technologies and ensure website functionality and accessibility.
• Assist in maintaining site security by implementing best practices and working with security plugins.
• Monitor website performance and report on metrics using tools such as Google Analytics.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of processes and the WordPress development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of WordPress, including theme and plugin management.
• Understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS).
• Familiarity with principles of SEO and how to apply them in WordPress.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and updates within WordPress and related fields.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative on projects.
