Drive profitable revenue growth by providing superior service to the Sales organization in their efforts to secure appropriate Customer Specific Pricing (CSP) in response to quotation requests.

Incorporate Grainger's strategic direction, profitability goals and supplier capabilities in creating competitive quotation responses while demonstrating Grainger's values and performance drivers.

Receive and respond to incoming quotes requests via the CSP quotes system and phone channel routing to meet and exceed minimum daily quality response expectations
Exercise solid business judgment in making critical, high-impact financial pricing decisions and create CSP to maintain a competitive posture in the marketplace while driving profitable revenue growth
Analyze provided data and collaborate cross functionally with various internal and external partners to ensure complete understanding of the customer's needs in order to help execute the most appropriate pricing strategy
Reinforce contract compliance when quoting against broad‐based and complex contracts (e.g. WSCA, E&I, GSA, USPS, various State‐Wide and Corporate contracts, etc.)

Activate pricing in the Quotations system following submittal of quote requests or renewals, and respond to Sales partners with a sense of urgency.

government and hospitality. They place orders online, on mobile devices, through sales representatives, over the phone
and at local branches. Approximately 5,000 suppliers provide Grainger with more than 1.6 million products stocked in Grainger's

Requisitos:

1-3 Years of related experience is preferred
English proficiency (Speak, Read, Write) are required.
Ability to learn quickly.
Good communication skills (Verbal and Written).
Demonstrated effective interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong teamwork and organization skills, team player.
Self-starter with ability to work in team environment and work without supervision.
Strong problem solving skills with ability to work in complex situations.
Relationship management skills
