Diese Position berichtet direkt an den F&B Manager des Standorts und hilft dabei, die Entwicklungen und Initiativen für den Betrieb des Standorts unter seiner Verantwortung auf dem Laufenden zu halten. Selina wächst schnell und der Kundenservice an unserem Standort ist ein Schlüsselelement auf dieser Reise.Verantwortlich für die Sauberkeit in allen Servicebereichen der Bar.Verantwortlich für die Sauberkeit in allen Tischbereichen.Gute Kommunikation mit den Barkeepern auf der Etage, um einen genauen und schnellen Service zu gewährleisten.Öffnen und Schließen von Schichten gemäß der entsprechenden Checkliste.Pedanterie bei der Herstellung hochwertiger Produkte nach genauen Rezepten.Berichterstattung an BarMaster & Supervisors über alle außergewöhnlichen Dinge, die während der Schicht passieren.Erledigung der täglichen Aufgaben nach einem wöchentlichen Aufgabenplan.Sie müssen in einem Selina-T-Shirt, einer passenden Hose und geschlossenen Schuhen zur Arbeit erscheinen.Ich muss zur Schicht in hygienisch einwandfreiem Zustand erscheinen.Sicherstellen, dass alle Kühlschränke, Gefriertruhen und Lagerräume in der Bar immer gemäß dem entsprechenden Protokoll gefüllt sind.Sicherstellen, dass alle Getränke mit der richtigen Temperatur serviert werden.Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Erbringung eines hervorragenden KundendienstesEffektive KommunikationsfähigkeitenErfahrung in Bars und Kenntnis von CocktailsFähigkeit, in einem Team zu arbeitenFähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeitenAusgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit KundenWas Sie für diese Stelle benötigenErfahrung in der Erbringung eines hervorragenden KundendienstesEffektive KommunikationsfähigkeitenErfahrung in Bars und Kenntnisse von CocktailsFähigkeit, in einem Team zu arbeitenFähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeitenAusgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit KundenLebenslauf und nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung als BarkeeperAusgezeichnete Kenntnisse im Mixen, Garnieren und Servieren von GetränkenComputerkenntnisseKenntnisse in einer zweiten Sprache sind von VorteilPositive Einstellung und ausgezeichnete KommunikationsfähigkeitenFähigkeit, die Bar organisiert, bestückt und sauber zu haltenDie englische Sprache ist erforderlichWas können Sie erwarten?Wettbewerbsfähiges Gehalt Leistungsbonus Keine Kleiderordnung Haustierfreundlich (sofern Ihr Haustier freundlich ist) Mehrere Online-Schulungsmöglichkeiten Kulturelle Veranstaltungen und Wellness-Aktivitäten an den Standorten.

This position will report directly to the location F&B Manager and will help to keep updated the developments and initiatives for operations for the location under its responsibility.
