JOB SUMMARY
  • Responsible for food and beverage operations including culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service.
  • Oversees guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards, and meeting financial goals.
  • Proficient in food and beverage laws and regulations, and develops business plans.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • CANDIDATE PROFILE
    • High school diploma or GED with 4 years' experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related areas.
    • Or a 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or related field with 2 years' experience.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
  • Developing and Maintaining Budgets
    • Manages financial plans for Food and Beverage departments.
    • Maintains cost management index for operations.
    • Utilizes budgets to understand financial objectives.
  • Leading Food and Beverage Team
    • Supervises department operations and employees.
    • Provides excellent customer service and fosters teamwork.
    • Encourages trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
    • Ensures productivity levels and sets clear expectations.
  • Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service
    • Responds proactively to guest concerns and upholds service culture.
    • Handles guest complaints effectively and ensures banquet functions meet standards.
    • Improves service quality through coaching and role modeling.
  • Managing and Conducting Human Resource Activities
    • Sets performance standards and conducts timely reviews.
    • Promotes Fair Treatment and Open Door policies.
    • Identifies developmental needs and facilitates employee growth.
    • Develops action plans based on engagement and satisfaction results.

    • Adheres to corporate accounting procedures.
    • Facilitates effective communication and problem-solving.
    • Maintains departmental communication systems.
