Your Role :Mantener la integridad, el funcionamiento y la mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión QSHE dando soporte en la realización de entrenamientos, revisión de procesos (auditorías), gestión de los documentos del sistema de gestión QSHE, manejo de quejas, seguimiento de las acciones de mejora y la implementación de nuevos proyectos de QSHE.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Monitorear y promover el cumplimiento del Sistema de Gestión QSHE.
  • Organizar, coordinar y realizar los entrenamientos para los colaboradores en temas de Calidad, Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, Medioambiente y Seguridad Patrimonial. También, brindar inducción al nuevo personal, así como registrar los mismos en el TMT y en la matriz de entrenamientos de QSHE.
  • Dar soporte a todos los países del clúster CAC respecto a las normas internacionales aplicables a Kuehne + Nagel relacionadas con QSHE tales como ISO, OHSAS, entre otras, así como en los estándares internos propios de KN.
  • Dar soporte a las áreas en la implementación de procedimientos, formatos generales (Working Instructions, guidelines).
  • Realizar seguimiento de procesos (auditorias) en las área de negocio y unidades de apoyo con el fin de garantizar la optimización de los procesos para reducir costos, aumentar productividad y rentabilidad (Apoyado bajo los estandares de la norma ISO 9001 y 14001 y otros estándares internacionales o propios de KN).
  • Realizar seguimiento de procesos (auditorias a terceros), Acuerdos de Calidad, SOPs a proveedores identificados como críticos para la operación y realización de nuestros servicios.
  • Participar y dar soporte en la atención de auditorías externas (incluidos clientes, entes certificadores o terceras partes), lo cual incluye la preparación previa para la misma.
  • Dar seguimiento y apoyo en el cierre de los hallazgos identificados en auditorías internas y externas, así como de la operación diaria.
  • Registrar y analizar los indicadores de gestión de QSHE de la oficina principal (GFCC, TIP, Reclamos, etc.) así como dar seguimiento del cumplimiento del registro de estos indicadores en el resto de los países del clúster.
  • Generar análisis de indicadores de gestión de QSHE que sean claves para la toma de decisiones e implementación de mejoras para el sistema de gestión.
  • Monitorear que cada área de negocio y funcional genere los indicadores (KPI's) que permitan medir el desempeño del sistema de gestión.
  • Elaboración y comunicación de boletines informativos para ser distribuidos al personal con relación a QSHE.
  • Administrar, controlar, actualizar y comunicar los cambios documentales del Sistema de Gestión QSHE según las necesidades y solicitudes de las áreas. Así como la administración y actualización de la documentación del SG QSHE en KNET.
  • Prestar soporte en el proceso de evaluación de proveedores según el WI definido, para garantizar que cumplan los requisitos de Calidad y Medio Ambiente.
  • Dar soporte a las unidades de negocio en la atención de quejas de nuestros clientes, incluyendo el análisis de causa y raíz, establecimiento del plan de acción, así como seguimiento al cierre de los mismos. Llevar control y estadística de los mismos.
  • Dar soporte y asesoría a las bussines units para obtener certificaciones especiales (proyectos) como por ejemplo implementación de BPD (Buenas Prácticas de Almacenaje y Distribución, certificaciones internas de KN, certificaciones externas). Esto incluye apoyo en la elaboración de procedimientos, formatos, entrenamientos y otras actividades que se requieran durante el proceso de implementación.
  • Apoyo en la comunicación interna de temas relevantes de QSHE como por ejemplo promover la importancia de la satisfacción de los clientes externos e internos de KN así como temas en concepto de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, Medioambiente y Seguridad Patrimonial.

Your Skills and Experiences:

  • Graduado, nível técnico, puede ser en Comercio Exterior, Logística, administración o similares.
  • Experiência mínima de dos años en una posición similar.
  • Inglés: Conocimiento avanzado para el trabajo diario, lo cual significa que la persona debe tener experiência en el manejo del idioma para fines profesionales, tanto escrito como hablado.
