Are you a strong finance professional looking to join the biggest jewelry company in the world? Then this is the role for you As FP&A Specialist, you will be a part of the LATAM Finance team.

Is expected to drive and manage the cluster forecasting and planning process and deliver actionable insights to drive business performance in the cluster and markets in collaboration with Group FP&A.

This role will add value and challenge these processes, to drive stronger global FP&A processes

Purpose of the role:

The primary responsibilities of the Financial & Analysis Specialist are creating, preparing, and maintaining key operational, and management reports, as well as assisting with ad hoc analysis projects.

Leads the preparation of the EM forecasts and annual budget.

This role is responsible for driving brand growth and profitability and providing in-depth financial analysis and recommendations for business activities (investment profiles, acquisitions, pricing recommendations, marketing and sales initiatives, etc).

Budget vs. Forecast for sales, margin, and operating expenses. Drive enhancements in financial reporting and analysis as well as requisite system requirements.

Work with other business functions to support the analysis of pricing activities, Portfolio management, sales and marketing projects, investment initiatives, supply costs (logistics, Gross Margin improvement), etc.

Manages the Trade Expenses and Marketing Budgets (including Displays).

Track the performance of the Budgets versus the plan and take steps to mitigate any risks that may come to light.

Make the case for any financial investments that may not have been budgeted for, and supports resource re-allocation decisions Work closely with Sales, including Retail, Wholesale, and Merchandising leadership to develop and update financial models to identify trends, improve sales forecast accuracy, and escalate potential issues as appropriate.

Lead deep dives on store performance characteristics using analytics to inform and influence the Sales and Merchandising teams around key drivers and the formulation of key store-level strategies to improve/track performance.


Develop scorecards and other analyses/financial models (reviewing and measuring accuracy of daily spreads, store sales forecast, etc.) as - appropriate.

Update various monthly sales & profitability reports, including analysis commentary Analyze departmental expenses and work with business owners Provide ad hoc analytical support and perform special projects as needed.

Prepare and deliver presentations to executive management Something about you:
Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, etc. Professional designation a plus (MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) 5-8 years of previous FP&A experience in a global organization Excellent communicator, fluent in English (verbal and written) with strong collaboration and influencing skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate results to an audience Ability to collaborate cross-functionally Agile and able to build out new processes to better support our strategic goals Did we get your attention?
