Representación de propietarios y usuarios, en arrendamientos y ventas de inmuebles del mercado comercial retail local e internacional, que van desde el consumo básico hasta tiendas de lujo con prestigio global, emprendedores y pequeñas y medianas empresas.

Asesorar a los clientes, en base a sus necesidades de espacio en cuanto a ubicaciones, especificaciones de construcción y términos de arrendamiento o compra.

Asistir a los recorridos de identificación y/o presentación de las opciones inmobiliarias que más se ajusten a sus requerimientos. Búsqueda constante de activos inmobiliarios como de las nuevas oportunidades del mercado.

Registro y cumplimiento del proceso de intermediación o consultoría inmobiliaria, desde la recepción del lead o prospectación del cliente, su registro y seguimiento en CRM, presentación de propuestas, firmas de contratos y gestión de cobro.

Empresa dedicada a la gestión de capital humano. Apoyamos la contratación por outsource, la gestión de su planilla o la contración para otras empresas del mejro talento.

Requisitos:

Habilidades en la administración efectiva de nuevos leads Enfocado al cumplimiento de metas mensuales.

Capacidad de analizar datos e interpretar las estrategias Poseer habilidades analíticas y organizativas, cumplimiento de plazos, resolución de conflictos y atención al detalle.

Practica la identificación de oportunidades para otras líneas de servicio. Emprendedor, creativo y tiene pasión por el éxito.

Escolaridad:
Profesional con énfasis en Negocios, Bienes Raíces o Ventas

Experiência laboral:
Más de 5 años en el sector comercial como agente de bienes raíces. Idioma(s): Bilingue: español e inglés (escrito y hablado). Licencia de bienes raíces Conocimientos Técnicos - Operativos - Administrativos Conocimiento del sector inmobiliario comercial Leyes regulatorias del sector Uso de CRM Alto dominio del paquete de Microsoft Office Políticas Corporativas
