You are responsible for

  • Proactive monitoring of CRM leads and opportunities statuses for timely creation of commercial offers and avoidance of duplicates.
  • Responsible for the creation of prebid documentation and presentations for existing and potential customers
  • Quarterly analysis of tender results from SARA (total amount of tenders found, total amount of tenders won, reasons of nonparticipation, partner participation)
  • Make sure that all special prices were entered correctly in SARA based on catalogue updates.
  • Interaction with Marketing, Master Data and Order Desk to prepare QD output.
  • Get QD output approved by relevant Approvers according to Delegation Matrix.
  • Cost and price calculation.
  • Gathering quotation prerequisites.

  • Language Skills Required at a

Business Proficiency Level:
Spanish & English

  • Intermediate Portuguese (preferrable)
  • University Diploma (required)
  • Intermediate Knowledge with Lean, Basic Automation
  • Responsible
  • Initiative, deliver results, teamwork
  • The ability to manage stakeholders
