Responsibility 1 – Product consumer research: Conduct user research on consumer products or solutions, aim at improving product competitiveness and user reputation, and provide decision-making inputs for product portfolio planning, product experience improvement, and product marketing perception.


Responsibility 2 – Research on people and trends:

Describe consumer profiles, gain insights into consumption trends, and extract consumption rules and future business opportunities through research on people, consumption trends, and consumer brands to provide effective input for the Consumer BG's products, marketing, and retail.


Responsibility 3 – Industry and market insight:

Gain insight into market changes, industry development trends, and competitors' dynamics to provide decision-making inputs for products, marketing, and retail.
