Job Summary

As an Order Management Analyst you will be responsible for managing sales orders to ensure that the customer receives the ordered goods in the right time and on the right place.

Your role:

• Communication with cross- functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Order Processing and Order Management) if assistance is required from quoting process
• Provide assistance and support to OP/OM requests in order to complete the order.
• Analyze and complete of new quote requests based on the service level agreement.
• Collaborate with the Order Processing department to support on quote updates to make possible order bookings

You're the right fit if:

• Academic background in supply chain, logistics or similar studies.
• +2 years of experience in order management, supply chain or equivalent mix of academic background and professional experience.
• Advanced knowledge of English language.
• Customer service oriented person with the ability to handle conflicting priorities, deal with pressure, and constant change.
