Subtitling & Dubbing Coordinator

**General Summary**:
**The Dubbing and Sub-titling coordinator is responsible for daily coordination of the language services work for Network’s linear and digital goals. The position will directly report to the Dub/Sub Supervisor.**:

- ** Daily coordination of language services with third party vendors.**:

- ** Tracking of c**ontent during the process to ensure timeliness are met.**:

- ** Review of programming grids with library content to ensure content requirements are planned.**:

- ** Tracking services by vendor and preparing reporting against budget assumptions.**:

- ** In house revision / adjustment of library content to meet standards.**:

- ** Ad hoc/special projects.**:
**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**:

- ** System knowledge of sub-title software tools.**:

- **Ability to review process with third party vendors and ensure quality of deliverables**:

- ** Strong problem solving skills and detail oriented.**:

- ** Strong communication skills verbal and written.**:

- ** Ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously and to prioritize.**:

- ** Team player.**:

- ** Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.**:

- ** Fluent Spanish and Intermediate English is a must. Basic Portuguese preferable.**:

- ** Ability to work effectively under changing environments.**:
**Education**:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.**:
