This includes maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and performing other general bookkeeping tasks. The Bookkeeper will work closely with other members of the accounting team and other departments within the organization to ensure that financial goals and objectives are met. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records by recording and reconciling transactions Prepare and maintain ledgers, journals, and other financial records Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and regulations Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasting Participate in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures Work closely with other departments to ensure that financial goals and objectives are met Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent English C1/C2 2-3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations Proficient in accounting software and tools Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Certifications such as AIPB, QuickBooks ProAdvisor or other relevant certifications is a plus.
