Descripción del puesto Encargado de mantener el diálogo con el cliente, a través de campañas de email marketing, notificaciones push, y otros mensajes en los distintos canales activos dentro del banco. Sus responsabilidades clave serían: Diseñar, testear, analizar y ejecutar campañas de email para promover productos a clientes y no clientes Aumentar y mejorar interacciones, retención, recomendaciones, y valor del cliente en el tiempo Asegurar que los mensajes se transmitan en forma clara y efectiva Trabajar con recursos internos y externos para expandir y mejorar bases de datos de clientes y no clientes Colaborar con recursos internos y externos para diseñar el formato y copy de los mensajes Desarrollar estrategias de personalización de mensajes Definir objetivos y seleccionar indicadores para medir resultados; comunicar resultados de todos los envíos en medios propios Monitorear mejores prácticas en conversión de campañas en medios propios con organizaciones similares en la región para mejorar continuamente. Requisitos Experiência ejecutando y optimizando campañas de conversión Capacidad de llevar tareas en simultáneo y trabajar con fechas límite Experiência con herramientas de A/B testing y landing pages personalizadas Idealmente poseer experiência en Desarrollo Agile y comodidad para trabajar en procesos iterativo Ideal tener conocimiento de plataformas de email marketing Estudios completos a nível universitario.
