Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Demand Planning Managers for channelsare responsible to Co-lead and Supportthe business analysis & interactions from demand planning side acting as reliablebusiness partner for distribution channels (DTC & Wholesales),fostering profitability growthand value creationbycross-functional collaborationto achieve financial & strategic objectives,through alignments focused on enhancethePlanning Process (integrated business plannning(IBP),Rolling Demand Plan (RDP)and Inventory Management).Provide accurate & timely informationand visibilityto support crucial decisions.Manage effective communication with stakeholders and partners.- Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and Execution
- Lead Monthly interactions with wholesales & DTC teams in countries / Region to improve RDP (Rolling Demand Plan) process & Accuracy.
- Provide detailed information and insights related to pre-sales -OBM -BOH performance considering Key relevant metrics part of TTCG looking for enhance visibility and decision making for DP and Channels.
- Support MBR Topics related to wholesales and DTC visibility or discussion.
- Drive Interactions with Operational Demand Planningteam to handover projections and data breakdowns needed for RDP-IPP -Buy Plan.
- Contribute in the strengthen of partnership with Wholesales and DTC Stakeholders through valuable insights in terms of Pre-sales, Forecast, Availability, Inventory (Free -Excess).
- Prepare Analysis and reports oriented to give visibility in terms of (IBP -OTB -RDP -Inventory) as part of regular meetings.
- Support relevant Monthly and seasonal milestones of GTM Calendar such Wholesales Planning Alignment, Go In Margin Guidance among others.
- Aligning the Seasonal Assumption pack (with Monthly Track and adjustments if needed).
- Deploy margin analysis of Biz Segments across channel/countries to trigger forecast adjustments to increase range profitability.
- Maintain / Redefine a productive Operative Rhythm for Wholesales and DTC
- Systems and Processes
- Co-Lead system enhancement with DP Reporting and Tools, IT and Data analytics to improve reporting’sautomation.
- Load and Maintain assumptions in Systems for Financial and Planning purposes.
- Monitor and guarantee quality of Information across the system (Sysphera -IPP -APO) for Wholesale and Franchise (Monthly Processes Check)
- Create and Provide an standardize / aligned reporting pack for Channels. (DNA)
- Deliver accurate Information with harmonized and holistic view to support relevant discussion either for DP and/or Channels.
- Financial
- Ensure the accuracy and coherence among financial figures as result of OTB guides, Presale analysis, forecast projections and assumptions maintenance.
- Influence Channels decision oriented to improve their financial results and range profitability with fact based data and operational analysis.
- Align and guarantee right setup of intake ratios according with guidance.
- Key Relationships:
- Market Channels (Wholesale - DTC) VP / Directors and their direct reports
- Market FP&A Directors and their direct reports.
- Senior Leadership Market Team.
- Supply Chain Market Teams (Purchasing, Inbound, Availability, etc.).
- DP Reporting and Tools, IT and Data Analytics.
- Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- High data analytical and problem-solving skill, ability to identify and present critical issues, make recommendations and solve complicated issues in collaboration with cross functional team.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functions and stakeholders.
- Result orientated, act with courage, and demonstrate positive attitude.
- Pro-active, collaborative and positive attitude even in changing environments
- Ability to think strategically but also focus on detail and understand how it fits into the bigger picture
- Strong interpersonal skills, communicate effectively and manage collaborative relationship with cross functional team, ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent education required.
- Minimum of 5 of work experience in DP / Finance / Sales / Customer Service.
- Experience in the sports or footwear/apparel industry is a plus.
