Job Role Overview

The corporate bookkeeper is responsible for keeping corporate books and to work with the corporate accountant or third party CPA.

Job Role Tasks
- Pay owners
- Enter and pay all corporate invoices
- Reconciles corporate accounts
- 1099s
- Responsible for all W9, W8 documents for owners

Key Performance Indicators
- Date reconciliation completed
- Percent of outstanding invoices
- Date books closed

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: B/.1,350,000.00 - B/.2,650,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping/accounting: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

**Location**:

- Panamá, Provincia de Panamá (preferred)
