**Tâches à accomplir**
- Patrouiller tous les secteurs de l'établissement et aider les clients à accéder à leur chambre
- Examiner les écrans de surveillance et réaliser des inspections quotidiennes des dangers physiques
- Répondre aux accidents et aider les clients et employés dans les situations d'urgence
- Calmer les situations de conflit et escorter des personnes hors de l'établissement le cas échéant
- Mener des enquêtes, recueillir des éléments de preuve et réaliser des entrevues avec les personnes concernées
- Remplir les rapports de quart de travail appropriés et assurer la confidentialité de tous les documents portant sur la protection des biens et des personnes

- Ce poste nécessite de se conformer aux attentes et aux normes en matière d'assurance de la qualité. Il peut être nécessaire de se tenir debout ou assis ou de marcher pendant des périodes prolongées. Déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant jusqu’à 50 livres (23 kg) sans assistance et aider à déplacer des objets pesant plus de 75 livres (34 kg). Entrer et trouver de l’information en rapport au travail à l’aide d’ordinateurs et de systèmes de point de vente. S’acquitter d’autres tâches raisonnables, à la demande des superviseurs.
