The Bookkeeper will work closely with other members of the accounting team and other departments within the organization to ensure that financial goals and objectives are met.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate financial records by recording and reconciling transactionsPrepare and maintain ledgers, journals, and other financial recordsPrepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and regulationsAssist with the preparation of budgets and forecastingParticipate in the development and implementation of accounting policies and proceduresWork closely with other departments to ensure that financial goals and objectives are metQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentEnglish C1/C22-3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting roleStrong understanding of accounting principles and regulationsProficient in accounting software and toolsStrong attention to detail and accuracyStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentCertifications such as AIPB, QuickBooks ProAdvisor or other relevant certifications is a plus.
