**Storefront Supervisor - Costa del Este, Panama**

In this role, you will oversee and support the daily operations of several Western Union branches.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Supervision of Western Union's own agencies (20 locations): monitoring of the service provided, maintaining them in good condition, maintaining the limits of the agencies (Money) established on a daily basis, verifying that the collections are complied with and that there are no failed collections, performing monthly audits and reviewing of all agency closing procedures.
- Staff supervision: checking their attendance, conducting monthly meetings with them, planning their vacations, coordinating with HR their reprimands/dismissals/ hiring.
- Follow up of outsourcing personnel (security, cleaning).

**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Finance or a related field will be preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience working at a supervisor level in a similar function — an analytic mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Package tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- This position will require regular travel within provinces, so a valid driver’s license and owning a car are required.
- Basic English level is required
- Good credit report (APC) is a must.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. I required to have flexibility to attend Saturdays and/or Sundays for emergencies.
