Review customer payments to determine and perform corrective actions needed to resolve payment discrepancies. - Prepare necessary documentation to obtain required levels of approvals for fulfilling AR guidelines. - Access and interact with customers and bank websites. - Upon request process sales tax credits, unidentified payments, non-US payments, cash deposits. - Create customer dispute cases for required payment exceptions and work with the customer/business partner to resolve the case in a timely manner. - Perform special processes such as Customer Refunds, Return checks, Wire transfers, cash processing, Expected cash, Summary bill, Safety solutions international, invoice transfers, Puerto Rico, AGI, Unclaimed Property and Alternate Payer. - Initiate and participate in meetings with internal and/or external business partners. - Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts. - Train and assist other Coordinators/Team Leads in the area. - Ensure all payments are reconciled accurately and in a timely manner according to established KPIs - Identify opportunity areas and recommend improvement actions. - Handle incoming customer phone calls providing a great customer experience and ensuring first time resolution within established service levels

**Requisitos**:

- Demonstrated ability to work through sensitive issues with good ethics and integrity. - High school diploma or equivalent, some college and/or specialized training preferred. - Good attendance and work ethics - One year office experience required. - Fluency in reading and speaking in Spanish and English is required. French comprehension is a plus. - Demonstrated ability for strong organizationalskills and proven ability to plan, set priorities, and follow up on tasks. - Self-starter with good initiative - SAP Experience preferred. - Excellent business communication skills (listening, verbal, written, and customer service). - Must be able to work flexible schedules from Monday thru Saturdays. - The ability to work effectively and efficiently in a high growth environment and rapidly changing organization. - Good organizationalskills with a proven ability to plan, communicate and follow-upon tasks. - Overtime may be required. - Good analytical and problem solving skills.
