As a Rebates Specialist your challenge will be to process SPA Rebate claims and resolve/analyze customer disputes timely and accurately.

What you’ll do- Process SPA Claim Rebates in SAP(Vistex module) timely and accurately in accordance with policy- Review and resolve aged SPA claim deductions on a continous basis in close cooperations with the business and customers. Provide appropriate backup to determine whether items should be cleared or charged back.- Respond to internal and external customer claim inquiries- Provide appropriate support for internal and external audit

Your qualifications- Detail oriented individual who enjoys resolving disputes/digging into details- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SAP or similar ERP systems knowledge a plus- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal/external stakeholders- Degree in Accounting/Finance or related experience, experience in rebate processing a plus.
