In the absence of an interpreter, they would also be expected to provide basic interpretation services.This individual would need to possess excellent driving skills and knowledge of driving rules and regulations, basic mechanical skills for vehicle maintenance and minor repairs, and good interpersonal skills for regular contacts with staff within the UNHCR Office and others outside UNHCR. They would need to have the ability to follow strict instructions and security guidance, basic clerical and administrative skills, and basic interpretation skills.
