What you will do As a Temporary Services Administration you will: Execute administrative activities in own area of responsibility, delivering high quality service to the relevant stakeholders, with consistent communication and high level of efficiency, resulting in high level of satisfactions. Execute regular and systematic collection of internal data, maintain relevant databases. Based on this data, provide relevant reporting, visual management, and regular communication to relevant stakeholders. Analyse, resolve, and escalate cases of missing or inaccurate data collection.

Participate in the definition, development and deployment of visual management and management reporting including the right metrics for service administration. Participate in continuous improvement, share, and learn and implementation of best practices, related to service administration. At the local and market level you will interact with Service Account Representative, Field Service Operation, Finance and Travel Management, and Order Fulfilment Service Product (OFSP) Teams. We believe you have?????

Associates Degree or equivalent in Administration, Finance, Business or any related field. 3+ years' experience in administration Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SAP/ECC Fluent in English both verbal and written is required.
