PRIMARY PURPOSE: To maintain and ensure profitable growth, increasing market presence, and the development, retention, and value of existing client accounts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops and implements annual business plans, operating budget and revenues budget utilizing (EFI) business processes.
- Generates and establishes talent, management, and financial control plans to secure successful execution of territory performance.
- Oversees activities to ensure efficient operation of branch.
- Serves as a point of contact for communication between internal and external customers.
- Creates an environment of customer / colleague satisfaction.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations.
- Provides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.
- Interviews, hires and establishes colleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance discussions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

**Experience**:
Eight (8) years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Five (5) years of experience in fire investigation, engineering services, insurance or professional services industry preferred.

- Be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- Be able to push/pull up to 100 pounds
- Be able to drive up to 4 hours per day.
- Must have continual use of manual dexterity.
