**Job Title**:
OMM Manager
**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
Lead and grow a small team that is part of our Operational Material Management (OMM) organization. This OMM Manager will manage the availability of material through the proper material master data setup, capacity planning and purchase order management with internal and external suppliers, and mitigate in case of supply risks and issues
**You are responsible for**:
- Drives Customer Demand Fulfilment by ensuring material availability in the supply chain
- Managing of a team of buyer/planners, supports them with their improvement activities and provides expert knowledge
- Identify supply risks and issues, drive mitigation actions and escalate if needed
- Develop process documentation and training schedule for the OMM team.
- Lead or participate in lean process improvement activities.
- Run reporting to support Sales, Key Market order contacts & Marketing activities.
- Acting as a point of contact for market critical issues related to supplier concerns.
- Being the liaison point between markets, client and supplier to troubleshoot critical issues.
- Handling the return process, including finance credit/debit submissions.
- Effectively set priorities in order to meet commitments and established departmental goals.

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience.**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical related field
- 5+ years’ equivalent supervisor experience and material management- Project Management experience is desirable
- Strong SAP experience is required
- Excellent English (written and oral communication skills)
- Strong Customer Service Skills and cultural awareness
- The ability to work independently and effectively with cross-functional and virtual teams.
- Ability to lead effective meetings and document outcome.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle conflicting priorities, deal with pressure and constant change
This role is in Panama City, Panama.
