The Role
As a Production Coordinator your main role is to assist our Production staff in providing culturally immersive travel for American and Canadian students both leading up to and during their group travel programs. Your main role is to assist our Production Team in ensuring a beautiful experience for our customers both leading up to, and during the program.
Main areas of responsibility
Optimize and coordinate group logistics with external vendors
Provide EF Tour Directors with information and support during the preparation and execution of the Tour
Assist with group bookings for business partners, National Parks and activities across Central & South America
Provide on-tour support and assist with the operational tasks required to produce a tour
Handle late tour changes such as late additions and cancellations of travelers
Collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as Procurement, Invoicing and the Tour Director Department to provide a beautiful customer experience.
**Requirements**:
Fluency in Spanish and English
Strong organizational skills, able to multitask and great attention to detail
Quick learner and a proven problem solver
Skilled at MS Excel
Operational mindset, proactive and flexible
Passionate about educational travel
Able to analyze processes and come up with creative ways of improving them
Highly sociable and energetic team player, positive and with a sense of humor
