**Position Overview**:
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful project execution across the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and control, and finally, closure. You will also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and understand project scope.
- Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather information about business requirements and existing workflows.
- Develop and maintain process maps using process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Adonis, etc.)
- Develop and maintain detailed WBS structures within project management tool. (e.g., Jira, SmartSheet, Wrike, MS Project, etc.).
- Break down project deliverables into clear, concise, and measurable work packages.
- Assign appropriate resources and estimated timelines to each work package.
- Identify potential risks and dependencies within the WBS.
- Manage project stakeholders and communication effectively.
- Monitor and track project progress and adjust as needed.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
- May assist Business Sponsors and Program Leaderships with program/project planning and scheduling key deliverables.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of project management processes.

**Qualifications**
**Job Specifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of successful delivery of projects.
- Strong experience in using MS Office including MS Excel, Powerpoint and Project, Ability to formulate and deliver presentations to Sr. Executives
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Process oriented or has participated in process engineering projects/ activities
- Has worked with project management tools and templates (Charters, risk logs, project plans, change plans, etc)
- Must be an excellent communicator (oral and written) and possess strong facilitation skills.
- Must be a problem solver with ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Creates an accountability and “own it” culture
- Innovative/Change agent. Experiments with new concepts and approaches. Comes up with creative solutions to difficult problems.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in, Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in project and/or program management.
- Proven experience in leading and motivating project teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software

**Additional Details**
