You’ll be part of the Signify Accounting Operations Team and its responsibilities are to guarantee a successful Order to Cash process management so a passionate, dedicated and results oriented skills must be in your DNA. If you match this description, get in touchWhat you’ll doExecute the collection process for defined strategic customers.Organize, support, and develop accounts receivable process.Establishes, implements, and maintains an effective delinquency control and follow-up program for all customer accounts that are late, delinquent, potentially delinquent, or written off.Perform remaining enabling Order to Cash activities (e.g., credit notes with open items).Organize, support, and develop cash & collection process.Follow up on relevant queries and solving escalations from sectors.Drive automation projectsResponsible for compliance of ICS checks.Your qualificationsBachelor’s degree completed; Master’s degree preferred.Profound knowledge of Account Reconciliation, collections activities.Customer service focus.Show determination to achieve excellent results; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Team player.Project management: development and deployment of new processes and procedures.Vast knowledge of excel and outlook.SAP knowledge.Previous experience in O2C is highly preferred.Advanced in English is MANDATORY.What you’ll get in return We’re offering multiple opportunities for career development, like mentoring, coaching and stretch assignments, with strong international exposure for dynamic profiles.
