**Main Purpose**: Proveer apoyo de análisis y administrativo de alto nível del programa de lealtad a nível regional, oportuno y efectivo para la unidad de negocio y que tenga una buena comprensión del vocabulario técnico y empresarial y un conocimiento detallado de las operaciones, procedimientos, métodos, prácticas y personas de la organización.

**Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities**:

- Análisis de indicadores del programa por país con una frecuencia definida para identificar resultados y nuevas estrategias a identificar basado en resultados.
- Apoyo en la ejecución e implementación del programa en la región incluyendo la funcionalidad de pagos.
- Creación de Dashboard y reportes para análisis de PRIS y distribución a los principales stakeholders.
- Atención y seguimiento a la resolución de casos reportados por las EDS relacionado a lealtad
- Análisis y optimización del modelo de seguimiento de casos de Fraude. Aplicación de acciones con las EDS.
- Encargado de la gestión de pago y reembolso a las estaciones.
- Extraer montos de reembolso PRIS
- Validar facturas y notas de credito
- Registro de facturas en sistema
- Confirmar pago realizado a las EDS:
**Experiência**:

- Diploma de escuela secundaria y licenciatura en ingeniería, negocios o carreras similares.
- 2 años de experiência como analista
- Se considerará cualquier combinación apropiada de educación, certificaciones y / o experiência de trabajo relevante

**Destrezas**:

- Experiência avanzada en aplicaciones de sistemas de oficina.
- MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Navision, Tableau, Power BI
- Competencia con software y equipo de oficina estándar; Conocimiento mediante Internet y correo electrónico; Excelentes habilidades verbales y escritas en el idioma local e inglés
