**Position Overview**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Supervise the work of PO Management Team, providing guidance and assistance to team members for day-to-day activities
- Support the transition of PO Management activities from NACR to OneSource Panama and any other future transition of activities related to PO Management
- Support Process Transformation, working with various stakeholders to facilitate end to end process review and assessments, identifying opportunities to drive increased harmonization and standardization across brands, departments, and processes
- Foster environment of integrity, monitoring adherence to applicable SOX and Operational controls, facilitating risk assessments & audit control testing
- Execute of financial processes in areas including but not limited to Purchase Order (PO) Creation & Management, GR Confirmation, GR/IR reconciliation, Vendor Set up and Maintenance, Updating of Tracking Reports and other Monthly Schedules,
- Support delivery of financial services, partnering with Third Party Provider in the execution of PO Management processes for the North America Region
- Partner with various departments across the company to develop a deeper understanding of all transactions impact the North America Region processes and reporting, performing root cause analysis to resolve process inefficiencies
- Support Process Transformation, working with various stakeholders to facilitate end to end process review and assessments, identifying opportunities to drive increased harmonization and standardization across brands, departments, and processes
- Foster environment of integrity, monitoring adherence to applicable SOX and Operational controls, facilitating risk assessments & audit control testing
- Engage in and suggest continuous process improvement ideas
- Ensure that all activities are performed in the most efficient and effective manner possible

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Administration preferred
- Minimum Years of Experience: 5+ years
- Proficient in Excel and financial reporting systems; SAP and Ariba desired
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to collaborate and drive cross-functional consensus and strong communication and presentation skills necessary
- Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines and to multitask
