As a **Junior Collections Specialist,** you’ll be responsible for ensuring our customers make their payments on time.

**What you’ll do**
- Confirm and negotiate with customers to collect payments.
- Contact customers to discuss their overdue payments and develop repayment plans.
- Process customer payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
- Report on collection progress and results.

**Your qualifications**
- ** Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.**:

- ** 2+ years of experience in collections, with a focus on cash collection.**:

- ** Fluency in English (and Spanish) is MANDATORY.**:

- ** Excellent communication and negotiation skills.**:

- ** Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**:

- ** Strong attention to detail and accuracy.**
