Position Overview

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of financial services, partnering with Third Party Provider in the execution of OTC processes for the North America Region, providing guidance and assistance for day-to-day financial activities.
- Partner with various departments across the company, and externally, to develop a deeper understanding of all processes, transactions, and technology that impact the North America Region.
- Lead the end-to-end AR services, including Credit Management, Collections, Deductions, Cash Application, Online AR, and Billing/Invoicing activities.
- Train and lead OTC Managers and Team Leads, setting team strategy and providing guidance and assistance to team members for day-to-day activities.
- Develop and maintain required reporting, with a focus on analytics related to historical trends for Credit Management, Collections, Deductions, Cash Application, Online AR, and Billing/Invoicing
- Define and monitor metrics to evaluate process health and provide for ongoing process control and sustainability, as well as drive defined working capital targets.
- Foster environment of integrity, monitoring adherence to applicable SOX and Operational controls, facilitating risk assessments & audit control testing
- Drive Process Transformation, working with regional leadership to facilitate end to end process review and assessments, identifying opportunities to drive increased harmonization and standardization across brands, departments, and processes.
- Support and train brand finance teams, Third Party Provider, and other key stakeholders on control changes related to process enhancements for the North America Commercial Region
- Ensure creation of and regular updates to appropriate process documentation to improve understanding and drive operational consistency.
- Participate in projects around process redesign, new brand integrations, and system implementations.
- Ensure that all activities are performed in the most efficient and effective manner possible.

Additional Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Administration preferred
- Minimum Years of Experience: 10+ years
- Proficient in Excel and financial reporting systems; SAP desired
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability collaborate and drive cross-functional consensus and strong communication and presentation skills necessary
- Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines and to multitask
