Marketing Promoter

We are looking for an effective **Marketing Promoter** in Panama.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Regularly visit the shops to ensure compliance with headquarters' terminal image standards. Maintain the brand image of Skyworth shops by managing and configuring booth displays, marketing materials, terminal materials, demonstration props, and other resources;
2. Monitor and manage the retail performance in our jurisdiction, including shop sales, sales volume, shop rankings, competitor sales, and other relevant data;
3. Stay updated on competitive product developments and provide feedback on market changes in a timely manner;
4. Foster and maintain customer relationships with shops and agents. Assist Skyworth in supervising agents and helping them implement market planning and strategies within the channel;
5. Organize and conduct product training for agents and store buyers;
6. Serve as a shop representative, responsible for welcoming and assisting customers in the shop while achieving sales targets.

**Job Requirements**:
1. 3-5 years of experience in retail, particularly in TV, white goods, or speakers. A background in channel shopping guidance is preferred, along with strong product knowledge and sales skills;
2. Familiarity with shop management practices;
3. Proficiency in English and Spanish as working languages;
4. Willingness to accept domestic and international business trips.

Pay: Up to B/.30,000.00 per year
