WebCreek is looking for an experienced graphic designer to aid in design production, work, and branding.
What You’ll Do
- Perform graphic design, illustration, layout, 3D, printing, production, photo editing, and motion graphics design
- Transfer, deliver, and archive electronic files in an enterprise-folder structure and file sharing system
- Over-communicate and participate in daily team stand-up meetings with a global team to facilitate Agile workload input and hand-off
- Consult with internal and external partners
- Participate in kick-off meetings to understand business strategies, goals, and objectives
- Translate information effectively—from creative brief to finished design
- Manage time and prioritize workload using workflow software, following established Agile processes
- Facilitate input sessions and pitch work and daily B2B and B2C graphic design needs
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
- 3+ years of graphic design experience
- Ability to manage communication with multiple internal stakeholders in support of graphic arts and design for the brand and its subsidiaries
- Superior knowledge of the following software:
- Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Acrobat
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere
- Adobe Dimension
- Blender
- Keyshot
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager a plus
- Experienced in art direction and execution for B2B/B2C brands
- Maintain current and practical knowledge of and adherence to all trademark, copyright, and licensing agreements
- Ability to make metrics-based decisions for UI, UX, and CX and defend those decisions amongst peer groups and internal clients
- Monitor design trends and indicate modifications for the brand as necessary to meet changing business and market needs
- Working, technical knowledge of production requirements including print, digital, photography, trade shows, etc.
- Ability to work within established brand guidelines
