**You are responsible for**
Provides a consultative role to projects and or programs by supplying templates, best practices, training, access to information and lessons learnt from other projects
- Monitors the competing constraints of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources and risk
- Provides project / program management with regular performance status, variances to plan and identification of areas for corrective actions
- Coordinating communication across projects
- Monitors compliance to project management standards, policies, procedures and templates
- Lead and manage changes to scope, cost and time through integrated change control process
- Perform consolidated risk reporting to the program leadership and escalate risks which require management attention
- Facilitation of project web site, special meetings, war room, PM software support
- Facilitate capturing lessons learned and initiate any project specific improvement actions
- Establishing resource management model & tracking utilization, programs make better decisions for project prioritization
- Responsible to create overall program communication standards for projects to follow
- Assist the program manager in developing necessary communications to program stakeholders
- Track program and project cost spend and create forecast reports to manage cost
- Validates financial forecasts and provides on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures.
- Fosters excellent cross functional communications and integrates the work of multiple stakeholders to achieve business objectives -Ability to navigate in a highly matrixed organization effectively
- Solid interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Exercises judgment and influence on key process decisions within an area

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Has > 2 years of relevant working experience, including experience in PMO support of a large program
- Be proficient in structuring complex tasks and coordination of complex processes
- Good influencing and relationship building skills
- Change management skills
- Good process and data analytical skills
- Being able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a pressurized environment and work proactively
- PMP certificate (or equivalent) is preferred
- Knowledge of PMBOK standard (preferred)
- Experience in Lean tools (preferred)
- Excellent command of English (both verbal and written)
