**Requisitos**:
Advanced university studies in careers related to administration or finance (recommended). At least one year of operational experience in Contact Center. Excellent diction and persuasive skills. Tolerance. Responsibility. Organized. Ease of communication in transmitting and sharing knowledge to others. Ease of integration and ability to work as part of a team. Team oriented. Excellent personnel management.
