**Purpose of Role**:
Develop and execution 18mon Category strategy to deliver short and medium-term objectives for specific Category; provide market input and local consumer insights to Global merchandising team to develop global product offerings which will reflect Latam consumer needs and customer distribution channels; guide and collaborate regularly with marketing, commercial and GMMs to identify business opportunities in the market and to maximize sales and profitability.
**Your Impact**:
- Work in collaboration of the Global Team (GM and División/Gender teams) to develop/build the Human Performance System and drive the Business
- Owner of the Division/Gender to drive the seasonal game plan and dictate the Tempo within the Marketing organization.
- Implement the global range components as required and optimize a regional range assortment that serves the needs of the different channels and countries (Right product, Right place, Right time, Right experience & Right value)
- Optimize the cross-functional working relationships to ensure timely delivery of the GTM propositions in LATAM
- Share his/her knowledge of the needs of his/her business unit and is seen as the Division/gender expert in LATAM
- Deliver clear, quantitative and substantive input regarding market specific needs to the Global Team following Go to Market Calendar/process
- Develop and adopt Global range to LATAM having the most efficient and profitable range
- Responsible to drive the segmentation strategy across category/channel
- Drive price strategy and competitive landscape for the business unit and working in collaboration with Pricing, Sales Planning and Country Merch to optimize the margin/range profitability
- Maintain regular analytics on the sell-in and sell-through performance of the specific Division/gender.
- Keep the system (Trasix) updated to guarantee all deliveries on time
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of non-US markets, ideally attained through living/working in any of LATAM countries
- Superior presentation skills
- Great analytical skillset to drive the business with fact base and financial mindset

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- University degree in business, ideally with marketing and sales focus
- 3+ years of Merchandising experience, primarily gained in non-US markets, preferably within the sports apparel industry.
**Workplace Location**:
- ** Location**: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Panama** **office.
- ** Return to Work Designation:3 **days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.
