You will get the chance to use the network you have built to find the perfect next step in your career at Philips.You are responsible forImprove the performance on Late Invoice Submissions from Philips suppliers.Send out communications and questionnaires to suppliers.Consolidate data and findings on a SharepointCreate reports and presentations if neededImprove Late invoice submission KPIYou will work in a highly motivated team and predominantly work with stakeholders in markets across the globe. The team operates in an open atmosphere and is characterized by a “self-starting” mentality and creating your own focus areas after consulting with the various stakeholders.You are a part ofThe Purchase to Pay team in charge of the timely payment of invoices from local and foreign suppliers for the Americas.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceStudent enrolled in a local University studying Industrial Engineering; Economy; Accounting, Information Technology or related courses; Currently studying the 2nd or 3rd year of bachelor's degree.Passionate person, eager to learn, autonomous, independent;Project management skills and continuous improvements mindset;Excellent analytical and communicational skills;Eager to take initiative and ownership of your projects and focused on understanding customer needs;Advanced/ Fluent English both verbal and written;Advanced knowledge in MC Office (Excel is a must).
