1. Asesorar y guiar a estudiantes de una escuela secundaria online de los Estados Unidos en el uso de la plataforma de aprendizaje y en los cursos que estén tomando. Los estudiantes son alumnos desde el 6to grado hasta el 12mo año de educación Pre Media y Media.
2. Asegurar el éxito académico de los estudiantes a través de proveer tutorías, dar seguimiento, asegurar el cumplimiento de tareas y proyectos de los estudiantes en los diferentes cursos que esté tomando.
3. Comunicarse con los padres de familia para reportar el desempeño de los estudiantes.
4. Conducir sesiones informativas para dar a conocer la escuela y apoyar en el reclutamiento de nuevos estudiantes que adquieran.
5. Trabajar en equipo con maestros de la escuela, learning coaches, tutores y autoridades de la escuela y del centro de aprendizaje para lograr las metas de la escuela.
**Requisitos**:
1. Licenciatura en Ingeniería o areas a fines.
2. Dominio del idioma inglés.
3. Competencias de enseñanza, coaching, trabajo en equipo, comunicación y motivación.
4. Interés permanente en la superación académica y profesional.
5. Competencias cuantitativas para poder apoyar a estudiantes en cursos de matemáticas, álgebra, estadística, cálculo, física y química.
6. No se requiere experiência previa. Se proveerá capacitación en el uso de la Plataforma de Aprendizaje y en Competencias de Tutoría y Learning Coaching.
**Beca del 100% para maestrías de QLU las cuales son**: Maestría en Ingeniería Gerencial en doble titulación con University of Louisville, MBA en doble titulación con Illinois State University, MBA, Maestría en Finanzas, Maestría en Marketing en doble titulación con Universidad de Chile, Maestría en Administración de la Construcción en doble titulación con Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, o las siguientes maestrías de QLU: Maestría en Administración y Desarrollo de Recursos Humanos, Maestría en Lingüistica Aplicada al Inglés con Especialización en TESOL, Maestría en Dirección de Proyectos, Maestría Online en Marketing Digital y Redes Sociales, Postgrado en Docencia Superior.
