StartFragment Job Description Manage a team responsible for providing dedicated customer service support to both customers and international sales representatives. Provide analysis of business and sales results to support international markets. Responsibilities Review International financials and identify figures which are not expected / aligned with management. Design and implement improved procedures or policies.

Review processes to maximize efficiencies in the daily operation of the contact center. Address with finance to determine what occurred and how to properly address. Offer solutions for detrimental sales or cost trends. Manage a team responsible for providing dedicated customer service support to both customers and international sales representatives.

Ensure customers are retained, satisfied, and that their needs are fulfilled from a customer service perspective. Develop and communicate weekly and month end reports. Communicate results and provide feedback to team. Management responsibilities include: -Typically oversees professional employees/teams OR typically manages non-professional employees through Supervisors in manufacturing, distribution, or office environments Qualifications Bachelor´s Degree (Administration, Engineering, logistics or similar) as a minimum Work Experience at least 4 years of customer service experience in multinational companies preferred in health sector.

Experience directly managing people including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing people as they work. Experience identifying operational issues, recommending, and implementing strategies to resolve problems. Experience influencing and motivating others to drive results in a multi-location and matrixed environment Advanced level knowledge of SAP. Experience leading multi cultural teams in remote and in office settings Experience logistics and trade compliance.
