Responsable de ejecutar una planificación detallada de proyectos simultáneos; asegurando que la ejecución se realice según el plan, realizando los ajustes cuando sea necesario, incluida la gestión de riesgos, el progreso, manejo de stakeholders, presupuestos y dependencias.
Responsable de proporcionar una dirección activa en el equipo de proyecto y de desarrollo de soluciones para garantizar la alineación entre las necesidades de los stakeholders, los requisitos del proyecto y los entregables.
Establece planes para el alcance del proyecto y la estructura de desglose del trabajo, la ruta crítica y las estructuras de referencia, la comunicación del proyecto, la reconciliación y la previsión, el análisis y la mitigación de riesgos, la garantía de calidad y el cierre.
Es responsable de dirigir al equipo de desarrollo técnico para garantizar que las soluciones tecnológicas propuestas cumplan con los requisitos del proyecto y los estándares de calidad establecidos. Esto incluiría revisar y aprobar la arquitectura técnica, supervisar el desarrollo del código y coordinar las pruebas técnicas para garantizar que los entregables sean funcionales y cumplan con las expectativas del cliente.
Se encargar de toda la documentación del proyecto, incluidas la de reuniones de avance, la gestión de tiques y la gestión de todos los canales de comunicación. Incluyendo la realización de pruebas funcionales de producto/solución, calidad y aceptación del usuario final. Documentar los procedimientos de usuarios finales y dirige los procesos de training en las plataformas tecnológicas según sea necesario. Apoya además en las áreas de planificación, producción y control de calidad de contenido
Dirige y motiva a su equipo de colaboradores directos e indirectos hacia los objetivos marcados, generando un entorno de trabajo que fomente el desarrollo de las personas y un compromiso con la organización.
Establece las metas y los objetivos para los integrantes del equipo para obtener los resultados operativos.
Y garantiza que las políticas, prácticas y procedimientos se comprendan y sean cumplidos por colaboradores directos.

**Requisitos**:
EXPERIENCIA
Mínimo 4 años de experiência en gestión de proyectos digitales y programas.
Sólida capacidad para analizar información a través de Excel y/o consultas a bases de datos.
Mínimo 3 años de experiência en CHANGE MANAGEMENT.
Experiência de trabajo con socios de entrega subcontratados.
Experiência práctica con Software de gestión de Proyectos, como MS Project o Smartsheet.
Experiência implementando soluciones en la nube y CRM.
CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECÍFICOS
Inglés avanzado.
Experiência de usuarios (UE) Microsoft Visio, Excel avanzado.
Certificación PMP (Project Management Professional)
Certificación Scrum Master (CSM)
