Pe Coach

**ROLE SUMMARY**: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Education Teacher to join our Balboa Academy team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assesses initial individual student and class needs. Determines cooperatively with the Building Principal designated representative, objectives for the class, taking into account the assessed needs of the students and curriculum guides available. Plans appropriate learning exercise.

Creates an atmosphere that is conductive to learning through personal example and positive relationship with students. Monitors student's progress and evaluates the student's achievement in relation to the agreed-upon learning objectives. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: A major in physical education or a minimum of 30 semester hours in physical education is required. A passion for teaching PE to all year groups.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a dedicated team.
