Security Governance Senior Advisor The Dell Security & Resiliency organization manages the security risk across all aspects of Dell’s business. Join us as a Senior Advisor on our global Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team in Panama or Mexico to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.You will: Drive security governance, action plans, and remediation across all BUs for complex, cross-functional issues.Lead improvements and corrective action plans for security by addressing non-compliance through defined security exception processes.Plan, consult, coordinate and manage technical remediation plans for identified gaps and deficiencies.

Ensure effective and timely communication to relevant audiences, stakeholder and customers.Deliver periodic updates, business intelligence reports and metrics to GRC leadership.Take the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience in GRC or Cyber related fieldBachelor's degree in IT, Cyber, Engineering or Business-related disciplineExpertise in GRC and Security and Resiliency concepts and principles across multiple domains.In-depth knowledge and expertise with industry control framework, standards, regulations, best practices and guidelines including PCI-DSS, NIST, ISO27001/2, CIS, etc.Technical proficiency with MS Office 365 suite of products including SharePoint Online and commercial GRC products such as Archer or ServiceNow GRCDesirable Requirements Customer oriented and collaborative with a continuous improvement mindsetSecurity industry certification (Security+, CISSP, CISM, CISA)Business intelligence and analytical skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsHere’s our story; now tell us yoursDell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
