Inside Sales Associate

Are you hard working, driven by results, and looking for an opportunity to excel? We are looking for a Business Developer to nurture and grow our database of leads. The right person for this role is comfortable on the phone, able to think quickly and enjoys learning. This is your opportunity to see direct results from the quality of your work and how your ability provides value to others.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be First Contact for Inbound Leads
- Outbound follow-up with Warm Leads
- Specialized Prospecting to Industry Professionals
- Specialized Prospecting to High Target Leads
- Schedule Appointments
- Update & Monitor CRM

Qualifications:

- Able to speak and write English professionally
- Comfortable on the phone
- Comfortable with sales
- Previous telemarketing/call center/sales experience is a plus
- Understanding of the US real estate industry is preferred
- Able to work weekdays 10am to 7pm EST

Compensation:

- Base Salary
- Monthly Commission
- 3 Month, 6 Month, 12 Month Bonus Structures
