**Position summary**

As a PPA Trainee, you will be part of an international team, acting on Global strategic projects for the Procurement function. Your main role will be to accelerate performance and organizational efficiency on critical projects.

**A day in a life of a Performance Acceleration Trainee**:
You are action and result driven. If you see opportunities, you like to take the initiative to act immediately. You can come up with new ideas and solutions quickly and you like to be creative with improvement initiatives. In addition, you are a good multitasker and pay attention to details in the performance of your daily activities. You find it a challenge to work on a variety of projects within Procurement and S2P processes.
- Support the PPA team in the weekly/monthly routines: KPI update and analysis, trend analysis, projection follow up, etc.
- Participate in specific projects
- Improve and standardize processes
- Communicate updated information to key contacts (Hub Leadership Team, Shared Services Team, Markets, etc.).

**What makes you successful**:

- You have or are in the process of a University degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain and/or Engineering.
- Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communication skills.
- You are responsible, flexible, & dynamic.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Power Point, PBI is a plus.
- Fluency in English, any other language is an asset.
