- Elaboration of the hot/cold beverages menu in an attractive way.
- Follow up recipes according to product specifications sheet.
- Supervise the elaboration of coffee drinks in the hotel under the high quality standards stipulated in all consumption centers.
- Supervise a professional team of baristas under luxury and hygiene standards.
- Lead new experiences through the creation and preparation of drinks using their knowledge in mixology.
- Manage the opening and closing of their cash register.
- Follow daily the opening and closing checklist of the café.
- Check the cleaning o the barback, fridges and reposition area.
- Check daily the sold items and record the wastage number.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in luxury and high end coffee shops.
- Excellent knowledge in classic cafés and avant-garde mixology.
- Knowledge of coffee and their elaboration processes.
- Leadership skills, customer service and assertive communication.
- Creativity and innovation.
- Proficiency in English.
- Up selling skills.
- Appropriate customer service skills in a 5 star property.
- High awareness on maintaining 5 star standard.
- Knowledge how to use micros.
