**The Position**

We are seeking an experienced **Regional Partnerships Manager (LatAm)**. As the Regional Partnerships Manager (LatAm) at eNor Securities, you will be the driving force behind our expansion efforts in Latin America. By leveraging your expertise in partnership development, relationship management, and the Latin American market, you will identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that align with eNor's business goals and contribute to our overall growth strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identify & Evaluate Partners**:Proactively seek high-value partners across LatAm, including independent agents, research firms, and relevant businesses. Conduct due diligence to assess fit, viability, and reputation. Craft compelling partnership proposals highlighting mutual benefits.
- **Expand Market Presence**:Explore opportunities to further establish eNor's presence in LatAm through strategic partnerships, leveraging your understanding of the regional market landscape.
- **Negotiate & Onboard Partners**: Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish win-win agreements aligned with eNor's goals and risk tolerance. Oversee onboarding, providing training and support for a smooth transition and successful partnership. Maintain regular communication to address concerns and foster strong relationships.
- **Manage & Grow Partner Relationships**: Cultivate long-term relationships with existing partners, fostering trust and collaboration to maximize mutual benefits. Monitor partner performance, identify opportunities to expand engagement and drive revenue growth.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience in sales, partnership development and relationship management within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships that have delivered significant business value.
- Deep understanding of the Latin American market landscape, including key industry players, regulatory environment, and cultural nuances.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new partnership opportunities.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
