**The Role**:
We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven EPD Recruiter to join our team You will report into the Director of R&D Recruiting and work with them to build and scale a Talent Acquisition strategy that brings the best global talent to Oyster.
Note: This is a contract role, for at minimum 4 months.
**What you'll be doing...**:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand feedback, iterate on the role requirements, and evolve your sourcing and hiring strategy as needed
- Manage an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to fasten and professionalize our hiring processes
- Track and report on recruiting KPIs
**Skill sets that are important**:
- 3+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting with high growth technology startups / scaleups
- Experience with sourcing and hiring internationally; understanding of the global talent market
- Experience using and optimizing a modern ATS: Greenhouse, Lever etc.
- Experience with a variety of sourcing strategies including advanced Boolean search skills
- Passion for advancing our mission through inclusive and equal opportunity global hiring
