Oversee facility financial activity and maintain accurate records Posting and reviewing monthly revenue Reconciling balance sheet accounts Completing monthly projects/checklist Reviewing monthly P&Ls Provide GLs upon other teams' inquiries Ensure transparent communication between all relevant stakeholders Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues that arise Proactively inform management of concerns or barriers to achieving objectives ( e.g. financial results or meeting timelines) Prepare accurate and timely reports for management and clients In collaboration with management, develop annual budgets for client Work together with senior/supervisor on client's projected annual revenue expense and staffing budget. U pdate as needed throughout the year. Enter annual detail budget into budget book then load into TM1 Review the final budget and confirm with management Act as a resource within the organization Participate in training new employees Recommend new processes to your supervisor to assist with your workflow Compile data for external audits, reviews and tax filing Review bank BBCs Other duties as assigned
