As a Scouter, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data from global construction projects across the Latin American Region and turning it into valuable information to define where to address the company focus of business.

To execute this job with excellence, you must understand the construction industry and possess great skills in managing data analytics. You will be reporting to the Sales Manager LAM.

**This position is based in Panama**.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Research in global and area/regional databases to identify large-scale projects relevant for formwork business in collaboration with HQ and country teams.
- Conduct business analysis by mapping relevant stakeholders in large-scale projects through research of owners, main contractors, design companies, subcontractors, developers, engineering consultants, and others.
- Compile and maintain market research statistics and translating them into monthly reporting via reports and dashboards.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders within the organization to enable a transparent and frequent exchange of information.
- Secure the High Quality of the Scouting Process implemented by the Regional Sales Manager, communicated and agreed with the internal stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
**EDUCATION**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Information Technology, Commercial Engineering or Marketing

**OTHER KNOWLEDGE**:

- General knowledge of the construction industry and/or formwork business
- Intermediate high English
- Intermediate/Advanced use of Databases, websites, Web Scaping
- Intermediate/Advanced MS Office tools
- Advanced management of Power BI for graphics and dashboards.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 1-2 years in scouting, ideally in the construction industry
- Experience in service functions where initial customer contact and acquisition were successfully managed.
